Primary Responsibilities
Product research and testing
Develop product formulations, specifications and regulations
Product labeling
Nutritional analysis
Work closely with sales and marketing departments in developing new
products and maintaining current product requirements.
Develop relationships with technical staffs of our customers.
Job Qualifications
4-year college degree in Food Science
Minimum of 3 years experience in product development and testing
Ideally, will have experience in hams, bacon, pepperoni, pizza toppings,
wieners, or lunchmeat products.
Must be willing to work in a plant and lab environment.

Job Description:
The successful candidates will be
self starters who can manage a group of employees to produce a high quality
product in a safe and productive manner.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise 15 to 30 hourly employees
Ensure that all product specifications and quality requirements are met.
Motivate employees to work in a safe and productive manner.
Administer all company policies and work rules.
Meet all production schedules to fulfill customers' needs.
Job Qualifications
2 to 5 years supervisory
experience in distribution.
College degree preferred but not required.
Must be able to work any shift.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be able to work under considerable pressure.
